Some people may think I am crazy, but I really do love the feeling of my core lighting on fire and since your core is the foundation to good form and stability in both fitness and your daily life it is probably the most important area of your body to work of keeping strong.

But what exactly is your core? The most common misconception is that your core only consists of what everyone knows as the “6 pack” but there is so much more to it then that.
